Sarah Ann Alejandro
Sarah first enrolled at the Locsin Dance Workshop when she was 5 years old. In 2001, she entered Philippine High School for the Arts (PHSA) as a Dance major. Upon graduating in 2005, she received an Achievement Award for Artistic Excellence and a MARIA Scholarship Award.
Upon entering college at the De La Salle University – Manila, she continued dancing with CCP Dance School, until her medical school studies. After earning her medical degree in 2011 and passing the physician licensure exam in 2012, she went back to dancing with the Locsin Dance Workshop.
In 2013, she was accepted as an apprentice of Ballet Philippines and was promoted as company member in 2014. Since joining the company, she has performed in all its productions, including the triad in Locsin's La Revolucion Filipina. She has completed the Play Ballet and Pre-National Ballet Syllabus Seminar.
