Mark Anthony Grantos
Mark Grantos started training at the age of 16 at the Royeca School of Ballet under the tutelage of Girlie S. Royeca. After 2 years, mark moved to Ballet Center Cebu training under the artistic direction of Nicholas Pacana and Gregory Aaron. Wanting to pursue a professional career in dance, Mark joined Ballet Manila in 2009 where he was able to dance in some of the company's major productions.
Desirous to explore more in dance, Mark joined Ballet Philippines in 2012 as an apprentice under the direction of Paul Alexander Morales, and as a member of Ballet Philippines 2 under Alden Lugnasin. In BP, he was able to do both classical and contemporary works. HIs portrayals of lead roles include the role of Bantugan in Manhid and the male lead in the CCP Dance School's Flower Festival. Promoted to company member for the 46th season, he was also a finalist at the 1st CCP Ballet Competition.
