Ballet Philippines Dance School - CCP
The BP Dance School – CCP is the school that operates at the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
Working closely with Ballet Philippines, the school maintains the highest roster of scholars in the country and encourages excellence and professionalism among its students. Growth as professional dancers are ensured through the opportunities open to scholars to perform with the company during the regular season at the CCP. These scholars eventually become candidates for apprenticeship and membership to the company.
With the school, scholars and students are able to train extensively and daily in classical ballet and modern through the ballet masters, dance teachers and company members from the Ballet Philippines vast network of accomplished artists and educators.
Scholarships are awarded to children and advanced dance students from the different regions and Metro Manila on a regular basis. This is in line with the CCP and BP’s mission to discover and nurture young talents in dance.
