Solaire Resort Entertainment City's premier Italian steakhouse, Finestra, is under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni. Chef Andrea was raised in Turin, Italy where he began his culinary journey in the traditional Piedmontese kitchen of his grandmother. At Finestra, each meticulously prepared dish reflects this deep-rooted heritage. Open until 10PM, Oasis Garden Cafe is a haven of tranquility amidst the vibrant activity of Solaire. This relaxing retreat offers a more casual atmosphere surrounded by lovely greenery and some of the most beautiful fresh flower arrangements in the city.
The menu features delightful traditional Singaporean favorites like satay chicken, bak kut teh, and Hainanese chicken rice. Their Asian-themed menu also offers traditional Filipino favorites such as Chicken Tinola, Pancit Canton, and Adobo, among others.
