BP Covid-19 Policy
Ballet Philippines, embarking on its second season of resuming grand stage performances, has introduced a revised set of company policies. These policies have been crafted to uphold a range of practices that have proven effective in preventing and containing the spread of the COVID-19 virus within the Ballet Philippines community.
Now that the Public Health Emergency throughout the Philippines due to Covid-19 through Proclamation NO. 297, has been lifted, to read our updated policy which is currently applicable to group dancing and all gatherings, aligning with the minimum public health standards established by the Department of Health (DOH)

Domestic abuse against women is ubiquitous and women have been taught that staying silent about
these issues is normal. Ballet Philippines does not subscribe to this thinking and is doing its utmost to
protect women from domestic abuse.
By being forthright with our stance and making these laws known to the general public, we hope to
empower women with the knowledge they need to protect themselves from abuse.
Stress Management
Intellicare provided Ballet Philippines with a free Stress Management Webinar on April 22, 2020 by
speakers Ms. Carmie De Leon and Dr. Daryl Pugeda.
They taught BP staff ways to cope with physical and mental stress during this pandemic and
quarantine restrictions by better stress management, whilst showing us how to live a healthy and
happy life despite the threat of COVID-19.
Safe Space Act
Ballet Philippines values the importance of creating a safe space for our dancers, employees, and community. This applies to both online and physical world operations.
