Arthur Almukhametov

Classical Masterclass

Principal dancer of the Astrakhan State Theatre of Opera and Ballet, Arthur Almukhametov, conducts the first Masterclass for the year 2022, in classical ballet.

His notable performances include The Nutcracker, Harlequin, Spanish Dance – “The Nutcracker” by P. Tchaikovsky; Benno, pas de quatre, Neapolitan dance - “Swan Lake” by P. Tchaikovsky; and Benvolio, Mercutio - “Romeo and Juliet” by S. Prokofiev.

As a dancer, he has toured England and Germany and returned to England again for yet another tour.

Arthur is originally from Neftekamsk, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia where he was born on March 27, 1994. He graduated from the Bashkir Choreographic College, which is named after Rudolf Nureyev, in 2013.
