Brandon Relucio is an editor, writer and director, known for Di ingon ‘nato (2011), Transmigrate: The Troubled One (2013) and Ritmo (2012).
Brandon has produced works for companies such as Cinema One, Goethe Institute, ANC, BENCH, CBC arts, Century Tuna, WILDFF, DENSO, Vita Coco, CPAVI, Sipat Lawin Ensemble, NCCA, Cultural Center of the Philippines, Daloy Dance Co, Cobalt Works, Lab New, Eisa Jocson, and PETA.
Brandon established his name for his film “Di ingon ‘nato” (English: Not Like Us), a 2011 Bisaya Indie horror film. It is the first Bisaya zombie film and one of the first known zombie films made in the Philippines and starred by Rez Cortes, Mercedes Cabral, Franco Reyes, and Donna Gimeno. The film tells the life in a remote village in the Visayas which turns upside down when villagers are stricken by an unknown disease. As the village chief and doctor try to control the situation, they discover that the dead are rising from their graves. Di ingon ‘nato was nominated for Best Picture in Cinema One Originals Digital Film Festival in 2011.
Brandon is currently a Director of Public Relations/Filmmaker at Wild Forests and Fauna, US since 2019 where he directs, edits, and writes for WildFF documentaries and social media content. In addition, he is also Director/Filmmaker at Vita Coco US/PH from 2017 up to present.
He studied Bachelor of Science in English/Film theory in Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
