Yakumi
Yakumi is Solaire Resort & Casino’s one stop destination for the finest of Japanese cuisine. Chefs at the restaurant have combined both modern and traditional Japanese cooking techniques to make exciting dishes that will titillate the palette. The fresh selection of ingredients is imported from Tokyo’s Toyosu Fish Market. Apart from fan favorite sashimi (the salmon is melt-in-your-mouth delicious!), we highly recommend trying out their live lobster selection. Diners can choose up to four different ways of eating it: sashimi-style, tempura, grilled or teppanyaki. Other menu highlights include: Wagyu beef hobayaki, the Lapu-lapu karaage, and the Cherry blossom smoked black cod.
Finestra Italian Steakhouse
Take Italian cuisine to a different level by eating at Finestra, Solaire’s resident steakhouse. Recognized as one of the 20 Best Restaurants in Manila for 2018 and 2019 by Philippine Tatler, Finestra features an array of perfectly cooked steaks that can be paired with modern Italian classics. Choose between two types of steak: Australian Wagyu (from highly premium Westholme cattle) or the USDA Angus Beef (with beautiful marbling). Some notable dishes to eat on the side include a variety of Antipasti, salads, and pinsa romana. However, we highly recommend you check out their selection of pasta, our favorite being Agnolotti tartufo carbora, which is served with black truffle shavings!
Waterside
Over the years, Waterside has become a favorite destination in Solaire for its comforting ambience, extensive bar menu, and great continental food options. The restaurant (located with views of Solaire’s sprawling swimming pool) has something for the entire family to enjoy. Start off light with one of their many appetizers, such as Grilled Baby Squid or a Green Goddess Salad. Follow it with a main course of Paella Negra for sharing. The family might also enjoy the Seafood Platter, which includes a selection of caper mussels, Cajun shrimp, cilantro lime kingfish, and crispy calamari.
Red Lantern
Red Lantern’s perfectly curated menu is just the thing to satisfy any Chinese food craving. The restaurant prides itself for using only the freshest of ingredients, elevating the popular cuisine to new heights. For instance, their dimsum is all handmade, assuring diners of its high and consistent quality. Apart from regular Chinese fare, we highly recommend trying different dishes from the Chef’s Signature Chinese Barbecues and Roast. The Red Lantern Roasted Duck is a must have at any table, while the Pork Belly will have your tummy singing a happy tune. For those who want to indulge, order the Barbeque Platter, which features five kinds of the best-selling barbeque dishes served all at once.
Kiwa Korean Grill
Korean culture and cuisine have taken the Philippines by storm in recent years. The country is populated with thousands of Korean restaurants hoping to serve diners the greatest of specialty dishes. Solaire has joined the craze with Kiwa, an eatery that elevates traditional KBBQ dining through luxurious ingredients and a well-appointed space. Cook your favorite premium meats with a personal grill. We highly recommend the Short Ribs marinated with Special Sweet Soy Sauce (or commonly known as Galbi) and the traditional pork belly Samgyeopsal. Don’t forget to order your choice of side dishes!
